Owned by the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI), this slab-on-grade, ground-up apartment building consists of 64 units—40 studios and 24 one-bedrooms—of low-income senior housing throughout the top four levels with administrative offices, clinics, tuck-under parking, and common areas comprising the first level. This project shares a stormwater detention system with sister building Unity Commons, built by Walsh Construction.
